Jean Schmidt
Jean Schmidt is a dedicated civil servant and is running to represent the people of Clermont County. Jean previously served in both the Ohio House of Representatives and the U.S. House of Representatives, spanning from 2001-2013.
Jean first ran for office in 1989 and was elected Miami Township trustee. During her tenure, Jean helped form CLOUT, the Coalition of Large Urban Townships to address their shared common concerns. She was also instrumental in creating the Miami Township park system, the largest local government park system in Clermont County.
